Kousa trying the local Best ale (which apparently isn't that great...)	Akiko's starter of langoustine in garlic butter, with all the implements.
We think this fork (for picking the flesh out of the shells) is trying to look like a bunny...	Some people have ordered Queen scallops in ginger butter as their starters. (It really does taste very gingerly and delicious!)
Akiko's main dish: a kebab of Queen scallops and monkfish with chives butter sauce. Very tender, huge chunks - yummy!	Someone's salmon. We are given a *lot* of veg to go with our main dishes, so UsaKousa are very happy.
Seafood platter in cream sauce.	Simon's Puffin Poo Eton Mess, which is basically Cranachan with "Shetland Puffin Poo" - rice & coconut crispies - in the middle.
A selection of Scottish cheese, with grapes, berries and quince jelly (mmm...)	We end up with too much cheese, so take some of it home to eat with red wine and a single malt :-)
